When can pavers be installed in Massachusetts?
We install from roughly April through December. Ground conditions, not the calendar, decide the season — we can often work into December if the base is not frozen. Booking in winter for a spring start gets you the best schedule.
How long does a typical project take?
A front walk is usually 2–4 days, a patio 4–8 days, and a full driveway 5–10 days depending on size, access, and demolition.
Will pavers survive freeze-thaw and snowplows?
Yes — when the base is right. We excavate deeper than most contractors and compact dense-grade base in lifts. Pavers flex with frost instead of cracking like concrete, and any damaged stone can be swapped out.
Do you handle permits?
We pull sidewalk, street-opening, gas, and electrical permits as needed and coordinate town inspections.
What does a paver project cost in the Boston area?
Pricing depends on material, access, demolition, and drainage. We give a detailed written estimate on site at no charge so you can compare line by line.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our installation workmanship is warrantied, and manufacturer warranties on premium pavers are typically lifetime transferable.
Can you repair pavers someone else installed?
Absolutely. Settling, root heave, plow damage, and failed joint sand are among our most common calls.
